  • Package Transit Time: 4-6 days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 business days.

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure visibility and reliability. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@calentic.com. We will attempt to process your request before the order is shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available. In that case, you can request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Possible Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Peak shopping seasons or public holidays
  • Severe weather or natural disruptions
  • Unexpected courier or customs delays
  • High order volumes

If your parcel does not arrive within 5-9 business days, please allow up to 3 additional business days.
If the order still has not arrived after that period, contact our support team for assistance at support@calentic.com, and we will promptly investigate.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@calentic.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After verification, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement item shipped at no cost to you, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.
